Summary/Abstract: Segregation problems in Romania in the last twenty years have appeared in various forms. Measures concerning for example school desegregation and the integration of disadvantaged children have been considered by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports a challenge. Fighting school segregation has been provided through PHARE programs. Another form of segregation, residential segregation, a classic in the professional literature has been publicized lately.
