Summary/Abstract: This study examines how illustration pictorial activity provokes pre-schoolers. After exploration of various illustrations of Bulgarian and foreign artists, preschool children were asked to draw and inlay using unconventional techniques (collage). Indicators of artistic expression were used to analyze their work. The results showed children’s positive attitude and emotionality expressed through pictorial activity means which in this case are drawing and inlaying.
