Summary/Abstract: The article presents several good practices for the educational integration of children and students from ethnic minorities by ensuring equal access to quality education for all children and students. The emphasis is on interculturality, interpreted as an opportunity for mutual enrichment through interaction between children and students and with the expression of their own cultural identity, viewed through the prism of inclusion to the socio-cultural characteristics of children and students. In conclusion, we can summarize that the described good school practices for changing the educational environment into interesting and useful for children and pupils and for leading to their full realization and socialization are largely used by the schools that educate students from different ethnic groups – in a so-called intercultural classroom.
