Summary/Abstract: The scientific research role of the military in doctrine and civil protection operations is based on the dedicated literature, expressed on the idea of changing function of the armed forces in today's democratic society, founded on the prohibition of war as an instrument of national policy of states, which caused deep changes to the whole national and international security system.
