Summary/Abstract: The report presents a theoretical and empirical study of the professional competence of the teacher of natural sciences. A survey is conducted among 40 teachers who work in different types of schools. The aim is to choose the teachers who have conducted their own research, to analyze and evaluate their reflexive skills in relation to spearhead functions and professional competencies in the conditions in which they work.
