Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the concepts of legal order, public order and public security. Their importance is analyzed in the activities accomplished by the Ministry of Interior to ensure public peace and citizens' rights.An attempt has been made to identify the generic features of each concept while showing close interrelation between them.
