Summary/Abstract: The problem of the true self-government in schools has not been seriously treated up to this day. To introduce a true self-government in schools we would need to put into effect the following three conditions:first, the possibility that teachers found and organize educational processes and organizations without interference from any quarters, second, that the users of education (pupils, students and their parents) directly finance their own schooling and third, that users have right to chose an education which they want (and complementary, that teachers can contact and offer the educational programs for which they suppose there will be some interest among users).
