Summary/Abstract: In the patrimony of “Ştefan cel Mare” Vaslui County Museum there is a map of the Vaslui district printed in 1864 by Lieutenant Colonel Dimitrie Papazoglu. The map is printed on wood pulp paper with black typographic ink. The map has been exposed for many years in the museumʼs main exhibition, the exposure conditions being inadequate over time, with variations in temperature, relative humidity and light values. All of these led, cumulatively, to numerous physical, mechanical and chemical damage to the paper.
