Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is the syntactic, semantic and linguistic analysis of the passive participle in the works of Petar II Petrović Njegoš. We will consider how and in what forms the passive participle is represented in Njegoš’s language; when and in what situations the passive is necessary and what is achieved by its use.
