Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the comparison of data received by parents and teachers independently. The improvement of communication, solidarity and continuity of the process – education and self-training could be used as a source for the development of new teaching methodologies. The observations made and initial conclusions point to the need for consultation and intensive joint work to optimize parent-teacher communication. It is imperative to motivate parents and increase the degree of engagement, the clear allocation of responsibilities between the institution and the family, looking at the consequences of (not) the coherence between these two factors of education, education and overall personality.
