Summary/Abstract: Through the analysis of the investigation’s results of students from pre-school age, for whom the official Bulgarian is a second language, the situation of the language group in the mixed ethnic region in Dulovo town, Silistra Municipality is specified. The expectation is to outline the perspectives of increasing quality of Bulgarian language tuition as a second language in 1st to 4th grade, whereby expulsion from school in the next stages and degrees of education to be prevented.
