Summary/Abstract: The text analyzes the International Community as a distinctive phenomenon in International relations. The text focuses on the process of institutionalisation of the International Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the author, post-Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina is a place of institutional redesign of the International Community and its transformation from a static category into an active power, which has interpolated itself through the Office of High Representative into the BiH political system and become a key player and state-builder on which, the domestic political elite, cannot exercise any essential influence.
