ORGANIZED CRIME - "FINANCIAL ENGINEERING" FOR DECREASE OF PROFIT TAX BASE. ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF ROMANIAN PHARMACEUTICAL FIELD FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF FISCAL EVASION PHENOMENON FREQUENCY

Summary/Abstract: A number of issues that are highly debated in the specialized media and media are those related to the medicines market and everything that interacts with it: the National Health House and the related settlements, the Ministry of Health and the way it gets involved in the field, the Agency National Medicines and Medical Devices, manufacturers, importers, distributors, etc. A controversial issue is that of the clawbeac tax, which some companies dispute as being abusively introduced and anyway too high. In this context, we intend to make a comparative analysis of some of the main economic indicators reported by drug companies operating on the Romanian market over the last 5 years (2013-2017).
