Energy Policy and the Groups of Intersts

Summary/Abstract: The main thesis of the paper is concerned with the strategy of Law and Justice Government, oriented to the carbon based electricity production. Author pre-sents data illustrating how many different groups of interests is trying to have the impact on decisions taken in energy sector. The Government have per-suaded public opinion, that the main goal of energy policy is to defend politi-cal position of miners. But in reality the governmental policy is supporting many others stakeholders in the economy.
