Summary/Abstract: In this research, self-esteem of the university students in decision making, the style of their the style of the decision making and self-esteem in decision making according to the self-compassion levels of university students and personality features are examined according to these variables meaningfully whether they differ or not. Analysis of the data one-way analysis of variance (Anova) and Tukey test were used. The style of the decision making and self-esteem in decision making can be observed expressively as differed according to the Self-Compassion Levels of university students and the Personality Features sub dimensions differentiate meaningfully according to the Self-understanding levels of the University students (p<.001). The survey results were discussed within the framework of the relevant literatur.
