Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to explore how the specialists percept 360 degree performance appraisal which was carried out in a telecommunication company. A qualitative research method was used in this research. 14 specialists are interviewed face to face and three open-ended questions were asked. According to research results, most of the participants think that 360-degree performance appraisal does not solve any administrative problem of the company, there is no relationship between performance appraisal and job satisfactions of employees and employees cannot appraise themselves objectively. However, most of the negative approaches result from administrative problems in the institutions not from the 360-degree performance appraisal itself.
