Summary/Abstract: This study approaches the organizational behavior patterns of terrorist organizations. The bottom-up and top-down organization of terrorist organizations have a big influence on many process, especially on the decision-making process. As a natural result of this process, regarding terror organizations simply as “Threats against the State” prevented increasing the number of studies that analyze such organizations’ functioning and behavioral patterns. Besides threatening states, terror organizations pose threats against “social wealth”. The notion of terror organization has been frequently used in Turkey and across the world in the studies about international relations and political sciences; despite this, it is observed that there is an insufficiency in terms of studies specifically analyzing terror organizations’ behaviors in the related academic literature of International Relations and Political Science. This study is designed in order to contribute to the interdisciplinary perspective to terror organizations’ behavioral models in the context of terror organizations.
