Summary/Abstract: Confidential agreements which consist of mutual expectations between the employees and the institutions they work with, which are not expressed orally and in writing, are expressed as psychological agreements. Employees share their supportive and constructive views on the institution they are in. They are the of positive voice behavior. In this study, the relationship between psychological contract and positive voice behavior is investigated. In addition, the effects of psychological contracting elements on supportive and constructive voice are examined in the study.
