Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the personality traits of employees and the organizational silence environment that emerges in organizations. It is aimed to investigate the positive or negative effect of employees' silence ratings (extroversion, softness, responsibility, emotional balance, empathy). For this purpose; field survey was conducted and an instruction questionnaire was applied to the staff of the bank in Afyonkarahisar. In the study, correlation analysis was performed for determining the relationship between personality traits and organizational silence and sub dimensions (acceptor, defensive and relational silence), and multiple regression analysis was applied for the determination of positive or negative effect. As a result of the research; the relationship between personal traits and organizational silence and sub-dimensions.
