Summary/Abstract: Shared service centre (SSC) is an important model of international enterprise management in which the services of other daughter companies are imple-mented. The article has a theoretical and cognitive character and includes the essence and significance of SSC in international enterprises and the analysis of this form of business services on the example of Wielkopolska.
