Summary/Abstract: One can claim that the social science tradition in Turkey has settled pre-acceptance in some respects. In particular within the industrialization literature, the period 1923-1950 is depicted as years which the statist policies adamantly had been applied. Not withstanding that this idea is right; there is a risk which prevents the detail from taking part in the analysis. Here in this article, by considering different outlooks as much as possible, we shall try to comprehend from what kind of route the industrialization process between 1923-1950 had proceeded. Under the first title of the article, our aim is to expound the philosophical idea of foundation of Republic of Turkey and its intellectual influences exceeding to our time with reference to the nationalist thought within 'Western experiences with the intention of understanding the codes passing from the ummah to nation. In the second subtitle, by referring to the relative liberal politics between 1923-1930, which with the exception of general acceptance had appeared in practice, it will be proved that early period of industrialization process did not demonstrate homogenous integrity.
