Summary/Abstract: The Chaos Theory is a contemporary approach that was derived from the General Systems Theory of Ludvig von Bertalanffy, an Austrian descent scientist. Bertalanffy defined a system that is in an interaction with its parts, has common properties, and is constituted of complex parts. The system could be either predictable, linear and deterministic, or unpredictable, nonlinear and probabilistic. Therefore, the system sustains its process ofchange and obtains new critical points through the effect of the internal or external factors. However, within the Chaos Theory dwells on unstable, periodical, and non-linear dynamic system of actions. Chaotic structures, stemming from an effect, move from their stable position and transfer to a new critical position at a new center of attraction, necessary for its unique characteristics. However, a chaotic system, instead of preserving its stable position in the long term, takes action with the least effect and transfers to a new center of attraction for a new stable order.
