Summary/Abstract: In this research the effect of organizational alienation which arises from different predictors, on intrapreneurship, considered as one of the main predictors of sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) is questioned. Also moderating role of psychological safety on this relationship was quesioned. Intrapreneurial behaviors defines innovation and creativeness guided behaviors which aimed to increase effectiveness and productivity in organization. Work alienation is a negative emotion which is used to express the mood of powerlessness, hopelessness, desperateness, meaninglessness of employees in an organization. Psychological safety perception indicates the level of interpersonal respect and tolerance in an organization. Moderation effect of psychological safety was observed according to the results of surveys which were gathered from employees in SME’s of Sinop and its districts. With the help of nonconformity theory and individualistic behaviors within collectivist group the moderating role of psychological safety on the relationship between organizational alienation and intrapreneurship is tried to be explained.
