Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the moderation role of organizational virtuousness in the effect of active communication style on organizational dissent. For this purpose, research survey on the variables was applied to 851 employees in 4 and 5 star hotels in Turkey. In the results of the analysis, it was determined that organizational virtuousness has a moderation role in the effect of active communication styles on open and secret dissent.
