Summary/Abstract: Purpose – People who has a creativity differ with their psychological structures, their self confidence and the way of doing business. In some cases, differentiation can conflict with the classical management approach, and even that conflict can destroy the creative personality. Sometimes managers have to indicate different pattens of management and psychological behaviours in order to preserve and improve creativity. In this context, the study firstly aims to analyseithe relationship between self- efficacy and creativity and then mediating role of psychological empowernment in this relation in order to contribute to the solution of the problem in the literature to guıde the tourism managers and to ensure the creation and development of the creative characteristics of the empliyees.
