Summary/Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of process management practices in food enterprises on business performance and 85 employees in food enterprises operating in Erzurum were examined in the operating environment. In this context, the level of implementation of process management in food businesses is examined by regression analysis and it is seen that process management practices have a significant effect on operational performance and sub-dimensions of operational performance (reduction of production and input costs, capacity, productivity, operational success, profitability, market share, growth rate, job priority, increasing communication skills, image and innovation) were found to be positively effect.
