Summary/Abstract: In Information Society, Managers and administrative assistants, an important part of organizations, producing and using knowledge, are important part of management, especially in this process with the impact of constant change of environment and technology. In this context, the aim of this study is to determine how the students who are currently studying and graduated from the Office Management and Executive Assistance program make a conscious preference and how that preference affects their academic achievements.
