Summary/Abstract: You need to Information and communication technologies which have marked the twenty-first century provide a foundation to a new social reformation, that is, information society. In the process of transformation into an information society, national economies become increasingly knowledge-based economy, a further social and economical development of information where knowledge spread, used and created for, come to the fore. In this process, the increasing domestic and foreign competition also felt in the field of education, all public and private educational institutions have rational obligation to use all their economical resources for maximizing their students’ performances. In this regard, determining what are the factors affect students’ performances in universities which have heavy responsibilities towards society, searching how much and in what way these factors affect success and increasing the effectiveness of education and training provision by developing or reshaping the appropriate elements according to the results obtained here, come into prominence. In this study, it is aimed to search what are the factors affect the success of language learning of the preparation class students of Kyrgyzstan Turkey Manas University, in what way and how these factors affect the success. According to this, students’ language learning success considered as dependent, binary categorical variables and the qualitative and quantitative effects that could affect this success were analyzed by multivariable statistical analysis.
