THE DIFFERENT VIEW OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP: HYBRID ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to theoretically contribute to the literature on hybrid entrepreneurshis. Hybrid entrepreneurship is thought to have a significant share in all entrepreneurial activities, with the idea that the individual can progressively shift from paid work to entrepreneurship while maintaining paid work. Entrepreneurs who want to establish their own business while paying jobs are ignored in the literature. This is one of the most rewarding causes of the study. Theoretical arguments about the importance of these entrepreneurs and why they are different from traditional entrepreneurs can contribute to the expansion of the literature. The changes in the labor market and the diversity of the working order have increased the interest in hybrid entrepreneurshis.
