Summary/Abstract: Training and development activities are one of the most basic human resources operations. Being able to adapt to technological development that are now in a dizzying state seems possible with training and development activities. Organization’s ability to remain dynamic in the upcoming period, where inevitable transformations will begin to take place, will depend on the ability to adapt to the changing new era. This adaptation can be achieved in proportion to the knowledge and skills of the employees. It is no doubt that the challenges will be get through by increasing the knowledge and the skills of the employees with training and development activities. It is possible to adapt human resources to change, to increase their knowledge and skills and to keep them up-to-date only through training and development practices. Training and development practices are highly influenced by technological developments. Two important dimensions of technological developments come to the fore.
