Association agreements as the goal of the Eastern Partnership

Summary/Abstract: This article presents an overview of current issues related to the association agreements between the European Union and the countries of the Eastern Partnership. The existing partnership and cooperation agreements concluded in the 90s will be replaced by the new agreements which will give more advanced status and strengthen the relations between the EU and its Eastern partners.
