Summary/Abstract: With the adoption of the Special Law on the Protection of Persons Threatened in Respect of Criminal Proceedings, in 2005 our criminal-procedural system established two legal regimes for the protection of witnesses and other participants in criminal proceedings, as well as of citizens who find get in touch with them.
