Other World Demand Of Global Social Movements

Summary/Abstract: Various demands are expressed in global social movements, such as making global wealth and power equal, erasing the external debts of underdeveloped countries, turnig the global economy into environmental sustainability, recognizing pluralistic identities and realizing of global democracy. Other world demand is particularly dominant in these demands. The concept of other world of is generally used in movements because of shelter to different life style, different world view, different logic and different management model, and its different colors, languages, identities, religions and world views. At the same time, this concept leads to questioning of existing policies and emphasizes a more livable world. Other world demand of global social movements is point to possible to realize of a structure in which the demands of the movements will be fulfilled and the existence of another world based on global equality, freedom and justice.
