Summary/Abstract: The protection of monuments is in the interest of the entire nation, because monuments are a testimony to its duration and development and carriers of ideas and values that are important to his identity. Ensuring the protection of monuments is provided by planning and spatial management the main purpose of which is to organize the space so that human life as an individual and the life of society as a community can develop in the most favorable conditions. Shaping and conducting spatial policy in the commune belongs to its own tasks.
