Summary/Abstract: In this article, the authors analyzed the crime of contagious disease penalized in the Penal Code. The biggest difficulty is whether the act of Article 161 § 2 Penal Code is synonymous with a direct threat to life or serious wealth impairment, which is related to the obligation to provide assistance by health senices.
