Summary/Abstract: The article has analyzed the legal aspects of trading in shares by sports clubs. The author has indicated the possibilities of organizational and legal frames of sports clubs activity. The sports act introduces the limits as the obligation for sports club to conduct sport club in joint stock company when the sport club is the participant of professional league by teamsports. This regulation, in author’s opinion is correct. Thereafter, analyzed about legal character of joint stock company as be traded and the permissibility of sale of shares. The specificity of trading in shares is to display in prohibition for concentration of capital by natural and legal person who are shareholders in other sports club, when the clubs are the participants of the same sport. If this obligation is not introduced will be a risk for free competition on commercial market. In this situation can rise up the conflict of interests.
