Summary/Abstract: Insects, which lead to decay of dead organic substance of animal origin, as well as human corpse, are of the police and prosecutions’ intersts. Within entymology there has been created a speciality which deals with this issue i.e. forensic entymology. Its tasks are entymolological traces and principles of dealing with them. In this work there have been introduced the standarts of revealing, securing the traces and evidency of an crime, and making use of entymological traces which are conducted by policemen who run an inspection of the locus in quo at the place of event.
