Parent’s rights as regards as the moral and religious process of education of their children under the Constitution of the Republic of Poland

Summary/Abstract: An article will concern to the institution of a family. A family and relations between their family members is a subject of analysis both psychologists, sociologists, demographers, ethnologists, lawyers, historians and educators. A family is integral part of humankind – society. For that , the state should be interesting in issuing of legal regulations to apply to relationships between them. The Authors will present constitutional regulations concern to regarding rights of parents in the moral and religious process of education of their children.
