Summary/Abstract: The objective of the article is a dogmatic analysis of the statutory criteria of new prohibited act, described in art. 191 § 1a of Polish Criminal Code. The offence involves the use of indirect violence, namely behaviour through things which means difficulties in use occupied of residential premises. The analysis was conducted on the basis of the principles of linguistic interpretation and the interpretation of the objectives of the provisions. The authoress provides examples of potential factual circumstances where there is a doubt whether they can be qualified as the discusses type of crime.
