Summary/Abstract: The article takes into consideration the new solution like mediation in general administrative proceedings. Currently mediation can be led not only between parties having controversial interests, but also between authority conducting the proceedings and parties of this proceedings. A mediator leads mediation and he tries to solve the problem by mediating between participants of contestations.
