Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the quantitative and valuable structure of real estate transactions, including dwelling flats in Poland in 2012–2016. Using the linear ordering method, a ranking of voivodships in terms of dwelling flats turnover in 2015 and 2016 was created. The data used in the article came from a study by the Central Statistical Office titled Real estate turnover and they were related to dwelling flats market transactions. The problem was characterized by the transactions number and value, including the market types and real estate location.
