Summary/Abstract: The strategy of focusing on low prices is replacing on the market by concentration on values. The aim of the article is to show how this process proceeds on the example of a dental office. Observation supported by an individual direct interview of a popular dental centre was usedfor the research. This allowed author not only to conclude that it is possible and reasonable to build value in dental services, but also to create a pattern of activities that build this value. Creating values for patients is, however, a continuous process and has the potential to achieve increasingly better results. As a result, patient satisfaction and profits increase.
