Summary/Abstract: The article deals with some aspects of Czech language morphology acquisition of Russian-language native speakers in the Czech language environment. There are especially examined characteristics of acquisition in the category of personification, alternation, personal and other pronouns on the base of oral language material in comparison with general language competence, grammatical tests results and other sociology aspects such as the age at the beginning of language acquisition and the length of residence in the Czech Republic. Much attention is given to typology of errors in the mentioned categories and to description of compensatory strategies of Russian-language native speakers in oral language. This article views the errors and compensatory strategies not separately but as a part of a complex process of the language acquisition.
