Summary/Abstract: The article presents data of the Blue Cards from the Warsaw VI District Police Headquarters from 2015 (VII-XII) -2018 (I-III). Special attention was paid to such issues as: the profiles of the perpetrator and victim of domestic violence, types of violence and its frequency, committing acts of violence under the influence of alcohol and the effects of such acts, as well as elements of the amendment of Article 207 of the Criminal Code. Particular issues from the empirical part were compared with previous studies carried out by the author in the subject of the study.
