Summary/Abstract: This survey is a part of a research project named “Hajj and Religiosity” which is continued more than about three years. This paper investigates Turkish pilgrims’ orientations towards religious matters such as daily prayers, sins and kindness, about one and half year after they make hajj. Measurement instruments of this survey were posted to 2290 pilgrims throughout 81 cities in Turkey. Overall findings show that pilgrims have a high orientation towards religious matter than the rest of society. Considering demographic variables, pilgrims who had an academic carrier found the least oriented towards religious matters. A negative significant relationship was observed between level of religiosity and the number of hajj they made.
