The idea of Lean Management in production, accounting and administration fields

Summary/Abstract: In many companies, the complexity of the procedures and advanced operational and management processes have become so influential that the probability of wastage and excessive consumption of resources by processes that do not constitute a direct value to the customer have increased. The answer to these problems has become lean management. Lean management is a way of management which goal is to create simple and transparent structures in the enterprise. It also pays much importance to work resources so that they can be used as efficiently as possible. The article presents the basic tools for Lean Management and describes the concept of lean in the field of accounting and administration.
