Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Entrepreneur and other Top-Level Management job titles of the business world are not fully understood and conceptualized, not by only a certain part of the society but society in general. The university students who will be interacting or occupying the titles that are the subject of this study, should be able to perceive these titles correctly in order to interact effectively or fulfill the requirements of the position. In this context, the study aims to reveal these perceptions. Design/methodology/approach – This study was carried out with a form, developed by the researchers which consists of total 32 opinions and filled out in classrooms by randomly selected 572 university students. The primary data obtained were interpreted by frequency table, one way ANOVA, independent sample t test and correlation tables. Findings – The study showed that the perceptions of students in all other titles are not clear except for the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Discussion – Universities should equip students not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with the requirements of the positions that they are going to fill or be in contact with after graduation.
