Main argument is elucited through confrontation and comparation with dialectial philosophy and its method. Result of the analysis is given in ex po sition of the new concept of dialectics, with main characteristics as fol lows: first, it is confronted with the Hegel’s concept and closely related to the Ador no’s; second, the concept includes reinterpretation and reactual isation of Plato-Aristotelian dialectics; and third, because whole article is aranged on the background of confrontation of Hegel and Kant, specificity of exposed concept of dialectics is that it gives one of its possibility not in Hegel’s manner but under the Kant’s covering. In the concluding part of the article author gives comparative lists of characteristics of hermeneutics and dia lectics in order to demonstrate the argument that these two methods are func tion ing in the logic of knowledge as a two universal metods in comp le mentary relatons with each other.
