Digital exclusion refers to the differences associated with physical access to technology and the skills and resources needed to use them. Spatial analysis of European Union countries indicates a strong diversity of people at risk of e-exclusion. The positive proces is a declining number of digitally excluded people who do not use the Internet. Statistics in the studied area are not very satisfying for Poland, becouse the level of digitally excluded persons is larger than the European average
