Examination of offense provided under art. 1399 of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights

Summary/Abstract: The author makes a detailed examination of the offence of unauthorized reproduction of computer programs, provided under art. 1399 of the Law on copyright and related rights. On this occasion, the object of criminal protection, the subject of the offence, the objective and the subjective sides, the forms, means, penalties and some procedural aspects related to the action provided under art. 1399 are examined. The author does not hesitate to present his point of view accordingly to the doctrinal opinions.
